This is our returns policy for both stock and personalised items:

Stock items

Stock rosettes and sashes may be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please notify us by e-mail that you wish to return your order.

We do not cover the cost of the return postage.

To qualify for a refund the goods must be in re-sale condition.

Any applicable refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods minus the cost of the original postage paid.

Personalised items

All personalised products are non refundable and are exempt from return.
